Unlimited water in the kitchen

I filled my bottle from the unlimited filtered drinking water in the shared kitchen while I cooked meals during my stay. Vernon picked me up at the ferry terminal upon my arrival. I also rented a new scooter from Vernon to visit the tourist spots around Puerto Galera.

I watched the group of huge, endangered fruit bats fly across the street from my balcony. After watching the bats, I ate dinner in the attached open-air restaurant.

I sat in the covered, open-air rooftop lounge area after a long day in Puerto Galera. Johnny and Victoria helped me arrange transportation and tours during my stay. I ate breakfast in the morning and used the air con and fan in my room.

Punching bag on the balcony

I trained on the full-sized, hanging punching bag located on the balcony after I finished my morning coffee. I ate homemade Filipino Fusion food for dinner and enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts in the dining area with a mountain view. Macrina upgraded me to a bigger room which remained clean throughout my stay. I hired a motorbike from the staff to visit Aninuan Beach during the two days.

Cats cared for at the resort

I chose this resort because the owners provided food and medical care for the cats on the premises. After I spent my mornings diving with Martin at the on-site dive centre, I relaxed by the seaside terrace. Yumi served me a Long Island cocktail at the beach bar while I watched the sunset over the mangrove bay.

Dining at the viewing deck

I requested dinner at the viewing deck, where the staff served my food and stayed nearby to check on my needs. I ate tempura udon, karaage, gyoza, and vegetable tempura at the Japanese restaurant inside the building. I also used the scooter rental for trips around the area.
